Human & Organizational Performance
Our fully implemented Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) program helps us predict errors so we can prevent them. This ensures that our jobsites operate safe at the highest level of quality, while maintaining schedule and budget.
Learning Teams
Some of the best insight we get comes from those closest to the work. To improve safety, we form small groups of team members to dig into safety and operational concerns in order to understand, get feedback and make improvements.
STKY (Stuff That Kills You)
Our team trains for STKY scenarios that could occur on the jobsite. This creates a work environment that focuses on preventing an incident while also building the capacity for failure, by always planning and executing work as if failure is going to happen today.
