President and CEO

As we move through 2025, I want to thank our team for its continued commitment to excellence, craftsmanship and, above all, safety. This year is shaping up to be a standout for our company, and it’s because of the pride and professionalism our team members bring to work every day.

Our safety program is at the core of everything we do. In an industry where the work we perform comes with real risks, our ability to plan, communicate, and execute safely is what sets us apart. So far in 2025, we’ve seen excellent performance across our jobsites, and we’ve expanded training, enhanced pre-task planning, and leveraged new tools to keep safety front and center. We take this seriously—it’s not just a policy, it’s a mindset that protects our people and drives our success.

We’re also making strategic moves into the future of electrical construction. Our teams are delivering high-quality work on data centers, supporting the backbone of our digital world. We’re expanding in solar, fiber optics, battery storage, and electric vehicle infrastructure, building the systems that will power the next generation. These markets are growing fast, and we’re earning a strong reputation as a contractor that brings deep expertise and dependable execution.

That forward momentum is reflected in our overall performance. We’re experiencing steady, sustainable growth—not just in revenue, but in relationships and reputation. Our contract backlog for 2025 is strong, positioning us well for continued success throughout the year and beyond. We’re managing this growth carefully to ensure we continue to deliver the quality, safety, and reliability our customers count on.

To every team member - field, support, and office: you’re the reason we’re succeeding. Your skill, your work ethic, and your dedication are the foundation of our company. Let’s keep building on that foundation together—safely, smartly, and with a sharp eye on the future of our industry.
